1st method
Use this method in order to set default settings to phone
- From the carousel’s Home tile select Home (Yellow)
- Press OK button (Red)
- Select settings (Blue)
- Select More (7)
- Select Security (12)
- Enter the User Lock Code (last 4 digits of phone number)
- Select Erase/Reset (3)
- Select Default Settings (0)
- Press the left soft key for Yes to confirm
- Press the left soft key for Yes again to confirm resetting.
1st method
Use this method in order to permanently erase all data from phone
- From the carousel’s Home tile select Home (Yellow)
- Press OK button (Red)
- Select settings (Blue)
- Select More (7)
- Select Security (12)
- Enter the User Lock Code (last 4 digits of phone number)
- Select Erase/Reset (3)
- Select Reset phone (Blue)
- Press the left soft key for Yes to confirm
- Press the left soft key one more time for Yes to confirm
- Press the left soft key last time for Yes again to confirm.
