1st method

  • From the Clock Screen, swipe to the right to access Settings
  • Touch Settings -> Reset Gear -> OK
  • The process may take a few minutes while your device removes your personal data and restore to factory defaults

2nd method

  • Turn off your Gear 2
  • Press and hold the Power key (Yellow)
  • When the Select Reboot Mode screen displays, press the Power key (Yellow) until Recover is highlighted.
  • The Gear 2 will reset
