1st method
- Power off the phone or remove the battery and reinsert it
- Press and hold Volume Up + Home Button
- Keep pressing these 2 buttons and press Power button for 2-3 seconds
- Release only power button and keep pressing the other 2 buttons
- With Volume down select wipe/factory reset and press power button
- Select Yes and press power button
- Go Back, select reboot and press power button
2nd method

3rd method
- Power on the phone
- Go to Settings -> Privacy -> Factory Data Reset -> Reset Phone -> Erase Everything
- Insert your pattern or phone lock code if asks
