1st method
- From the today screen press the Start key
- Select settings -> System Tab -> Hard Reset.
- Select the Hard Reset button, a confirmation screen displays
- Select Device, enter the displayed password and select Yes
- After reboot, calibrate the screen and will be ready
2nd method
- Power off the phone
- Press and hold the “H” button and press the Power button
- When the power boot release the Power button but keep pressing “H” button
- [Format Mode] will appear, press OK button and wait for device to reboot
