- Power off the phone
- Press and hold Volume up + Volume Down keys (Red)
- While holding these two buttons press and hold Power On too (Blue)
- Once the start up logo appears release the power key (Blue) while still holding the other two buttons
- When android recovery screen is displayed release all buttons
- With Volume up/down navigate to Wipe data/delete all user data
- Confirm with power button
- If it asks for confirmation with Volume up/down navigate to yes
- Confirm with power button
- Go to reboot system now and confirm with the power button
