1st method
- Go to Settings -> Backup and Reset -> Factory Data Reset -> Reset Device -> Delete all
- Wait until phone reboots
2nd method
- Power off the phone
- Press and hold Power on (Blue) + Volume Down (Red) on the back of the phone
- Release the Power on (Blue) when the LG logo is displayed, then immediately press and hold the Power on (Blue) again.
- Release all keys when the hard reset screen is displayed
- Press the Power on (Blue) to continue or either of the Volume keys (Red or Yellow) to cancel
- Press again the Power on (Blue) to continue or either of the Volume keys (Red or Yellow) to cancel
