If your phone screen, LCD or digitizer is damaged you still can use your phone in Hardware Key Control Mode, just follow the instructions:
- Turn your phone off
- Press and hold Power on (Blue) + Volume up (Yellow) + Volume Down (Red) for about 6 seconds to enter Hardware Key Control Mode
- Press the volume keys (Yellow or Red) to navigate to the desired option, then press the Power on (Blue) to confirm
- Hardware Key Control Options:

- Answer a call: Press Volume up (Yellow) + Volume Down (Red) at the same time
- End a call: Press the Power on (Blue) during a call
- Stop an alarm: When an alarm rings press and hold Volume up (Yellow) or Volume Down (Red) to stop
