- Power off the phone
- Press and hold Volume down (Blue) and then briefly press the Power on (Yellow)
- Wait for the screen with the three Android images to appear and then release the Volume down (Blue)
- With Volume down (Blue) go to Clear Storage and select it with Power button (Yellow)
- Press Volume up (Red) to confirm
