1st method
- Press Menu Key
- Tap Settings and go down
- Tap SD & Phone Storage -> Factory data reset -> Reset Phone -> Erase Everything
2nd method
- Power off the phone
- Press and hold Volume down (Blue) and then briefly press the Power on (Yellow)
- Wait for the bootloader screen (White background with green letters) to appear and then release the Volume down (Blue)
- With Volume down (Blue) go to Factory Reset and select it with Power button (Yellow)
- Press Volume up (Red) to confirm
