- Disconnect iPod Shuffle from the computer (if connected)
- Move the switch of the iPod Shuffle to the OFF position (Yellow) so the green stripe (Yellow) by the switch is not visible
- Wait 5 seconds
- Move the switch of the iPod Shuffle to the play in order (Blue) or to the Shuffle (Blue) position, the green stripe (Yellow) will be visible in both positions
