- Disconnect iPod Shuffle from the computer (if connected)
- Move the switch of the iPod Shuffle to the OFF position (Yellow) so the green stripe (Yellow) by the switch is not visible
- Wait 5 seconds
- Slide the power switch ON (Yellow) , the green stripe will be visible
