- Verify that your iPod is fully charged
- Reset the device by pressing Sleep/Wake button (Yellow) and Home button (Red) until the Apple logo appears
- When the Apple logo appears. release the buttons and press and held the Volumd Down (Blue) and Volume up (Blue) buttons simultaneously until the device enters Disk Mode
