1st method
- Press Home -> Menu and then select settings
- Scroll down and select SD Card & Phone Storage
- Go to Internal Phone Storage section and select Factory data reset
- Select Reset Phone
- Select Erase Everything to confirm
2nd method
- Power off the phone
- Press and hold Home (Red) and Back (Blue) buttons and briefly press End Call/Power Button (Yellow)
- Wait for the screen with the three Android images to appear and then release Home (Red) and Back buttons (Blue)
- Press the trackball (Green)
